Pokillionaire provides digital guides and tools for Pokémon card collectors. The primary product is the “Japan Pokémon Cards Steals & Deals” digital guide ($39 USD), a 308-page PDF covering 301 shops across 20 cities in Japan. The Website also offers:
- A paid digital guide (instant PDF download) with a 60-day money-back guarantee
- Free collection tracking tools stored locally on your device

Collection data is stored locally on your device only. We do not store your collection on our servers, have access to your collection data, provide cloud backup services, or guarantee data recovery if lost. Users are responsible for their own data backup.
5.2 Digital Products
Digital product purchases (e.g., the Japan guide) include instant PDF download after payment, a 60-day money-back guarantee, and one-time payment with no subscription. 6. USER RESPONSIBILITY

REFUND POLICY

2. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

3. REFUND PROCESSING
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

DELIVERY & FULFILLMENT POLICY
1. DIGITAL PRODUCT DELIVERY
All products sold on Pokillionaire are digital goods. There are no physical shipments. After completing your purchase, delivery happens in two ways:
Instant Download: A download link is provided immediately on the order confirmation page.
Email Delivery: A confirmation email containing your download link is sent to the email address you provide at checkout. This email is delivered via Resend and typically arrives within minutes.
2. FILE FORMAT
The “Japan Pokémon Cards Steals & Deals” guide is delivered as a PDF file (approximately 308 pages). You will need a PDF reader to view the guide on your device.
3. DELIVERY ISSUES
If you do not receive your download link within 15 minutes of purchase, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot locate your delivery, contact nhanda94@gmail.com with the email address used at checkout and we will resend your download link promptly.
4. ACCESS AND STORAGE
Downloads are not time-limited. However, we recommend saving the PDF to your device promptly after purchase, as we do not guarantee indefinite availability of download links. We are not responsible for re-delivery if download links expire or the service is discontinued.
